Refund policy

Failed renders

If a video fails to render for any reason on our side or the AI provider's, the credit it used is returned to your account automatically. You'll see it in your credit history and get an email.

Unused credits

You can get your money back for credits you haven't used within 14 days of purchase. If you've used part of a pack, we refund the unused credits pro rata at the per-video price you paid.

Finished videos

Because each render uses paid GPU time, we don't normally refund credits for videos that rendered successfully. If a finished video is clearly broken (for example, no person was recast or the file won't play), write to us within 7 days and we'll return the credit or the money.

How to ask

Email support@example.com from the address on your account with your order date. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster. Credits from a disputed or refunded payment are removed from your account.
